In a verdict given yesterday at Canterbury Crown Court, the defendant was unanimously acquitted of Manslaughter following a 3 day trial.   Phil Rowley acted for the defendant at trial assisted by Chris Wray and Tom Clarke.

The jury have retired to deliberate in a multi-handed murder case at Maidstone Crown Court.  Bond Joseph's Chris Wray is being led by Jonathan Higgs QC, in the trial which has lasted for in excess of 6 weeks.
